This was an idea of the FLUXUS-Artist ROBERT FILLIOU, who together with then museums director of the Neue Galerie\/Sammlung Ludwig, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">Prof. Dr. WOLFGANG BECKER<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">, gave birth to this event. Even after the death of <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">Robert Filliou<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">, ART&#8217;s BIRTHDAY is celebrated worldwide every year <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">on January <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">17th. In 2013 it was organized by <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\">Karl von Monschau<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica san serif,sans-serif;\"> and Gabriele Prill.
